CUSHION COMFORT / COMFORT CUSCINI
Vermobil cushions are made of a polyurethane foam core with varying densities
(depending on the model), covered with polyester fiber coupled with TNT to
ensure long-lasting durability and facilitate the process of removing and recovering. This fiber filling provides a soft and cozy feel to the cushions.The foam
cores are made of polyurethane foam in different thicknesses and densities.
Different densities are combined with various thicknesses to optimize the
comfort provided by the cushions. The high elasticity of the material ensures
that the cushions retain their shape over time.The covers are crafted from 100%
acrylic fabric, and with a polyurethane membrane that makes it waterproof and
enhances its structural strength.
I cuscini Vermobil sono costituiti da un interno di poliuretano espanso in varie
densità (in base al modello) rivestito da fibra in poliestere accoppiata con TnT al
fine di garantirne la resistenza nel tempo e facilitare il processo di sfoderamento
e rinsaccaggio. Questa imbottitura in fibra dona morbidezza al cuscino. Gli
interni in gommapiuma sono realizzati in poliuretano espanso in diversi spessori
e densità. Diverse densità sono legate a spessori diversi per ottimizzare il
comfort offerto dai cuscini. L’alta elasticità del materiale assicura che i cuscini
mantengano la loro forma nel tempo. Le fodere sono realizzate in tessuto 100%
acrilico e con una membrana poliuretanica che lo rende impermeabile e ne
aumenta la resistenza strutturale.
